When sourcing this coffee, our supply chain partners cupped specifically for quality and selected from individual regions and farms to be able to offer a beautiful single-origin decaf coffee. The coffee undergoes decaffeination via Ethyl Acetate (EA), with the end result retaining flavor integrity thanks to the EA process.

This bean includes both the Castillo and Caturra varieties, which grow in Colombia. It is washed and then roasted to 425F, which makes it an incredibly smooth-tasting and versatile roast, usable for espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew preparations. It delivers a cupping experience that is sweet, soft, and savory. Tasting notes of sugarcane and graham cracker, with a mild fruit acidity.
