Our French Vanilla medium roast, infused with natural vanilla for a smooth, satisfying flavor. If you like flavored coffee, this is a good place to start. We use only quality 100% Arabica beans in our flavored coffees, so the true character of the bean always comes through. Savory or sweet, there's a flavor for every mood.

Use the Strong setting on your Keurig and brew at 6 to 8 oz. A smaller cup size pulls more flavor and body from the pod.

Filtered water makes a noticeable difference. Run a water-only cycle first to clear the machine, then brew and enjoy while it's hot.

Air roasting uses clean, hot air to roast each bean evenly. You get a smoother, cleaner flavor without the bitterness or burnt taste that comes from traditional drum roasting. No hot metal contact means no smoky aftertaste.

About the Producer

Producers at the foot of Serra Negra in Minas Gerais grow this coffee between 750 and 1100 meters. Harvest is May through August, with cherries spread on patios and turned by hand over twenty to twenty-five days of natural drying. The region's combination of warm days and cool highland nights slows cherry maturation and concentrates sugars. Red-clay laterite soil, threaded with mineral deposits, adds an earthy quality that anchors the cup's sweetness.

Many of these families have worked the same hillsides for generations, passing down knowledge of microclimates and drying conditions. The result is coffee that's low in acidity, full-bodied, with chocolate and nutty warmth. Not a competition lot, just honest, well-made Brazilian coffee. Soft, approachable, and consistent year after year.
