This unique blend is the product of Kenta Plantation Mill, a newer but essential part of PNG's coffee scene. Here, coffee grows high—up to 1,850 meters—creating its singular flavor profile.
The mill follows PNG's typical washed process: coffee is picked, depulped, fermented for a day or two, then cleaned and dried. Interestingly, PNG's coffee production mostly relies on smallholder farmers cultivating 1-2 hectare "gardens". This community-driven farming helps to create the Kenta roast's unique taste that stands out on the global coffee stage. Savor this cup, a tribute to the vibrant spirit of PNG's coffee growers.
