Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Ember Coffee's Pumpkin Spice coffee, brewed strong
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
