Wild-harvested Ethiopian coffee from highland forests, hand-picked Colombian micro-lots from steep mountain terrain, and wet-hulled Sumatran beans from volcanic soil. Three origins that each bring something distinct to a breakfast blend.

The Ethiopian component adds brightness and complexity from heirloom varieties grown under forest canopy. Colombian smallholders contribute clean sweetness from high-altitude lots picked by hand. Sumatran farmers use giling basah (wet-hulling) to produce the earthy body and low acidity that grounds the cup. Together, these three origins balance into an approachable, full-flavored morning coffee.

This is our easy morning coffee. Light roast, clean, low-acid, and designed to pair well with breakfast. Pour-over and drip both work great here. If you tend to reach for medium roasts, this might surprise you with how much flavor a light roast can carry without any heaviness.
