Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

From the Southern district of Gedeb, this is an offering from the Banko Gotiti Cooperative. Widely held as the birthplace of Arabica coffee, coffees from Gedeb are a shining example of the delicate florals and stone fruit complexity that this species is capable of. This offering performs well on both espresso and filter.

This bean is an heirloom Ethiopian variety, naturally processed, and roasted to 430F, which makes it a delightful medium roast. It delivers a juicy mouthfeel, and delicate tartness, along with hints of strawberry and jasmine. It is complemented by undertones of cocoa. This is a fruitier offering, and very popular with our customers.
