Notes of chocolate truffle, vanilla, spices
"Brewed this on a weekend when I had time to really taste it. There’s a little chocolate, some spice, and a juicy finish. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you pause and appreciate the moment."

Ethiopian heirloom beans from Gedeb's Banko Gotiti Cooperative. Known for their floral and stone fruit notes, these beans work well as both espresso and filter coffee. Roasted at 430 degrees F for a medium finish with juicy texture, lively tartness, and hints of strawberry, jasmine, and cocoa. A customer favorite for its fruity profile.
Use the Strong setting on your Keurig and brew at 6 to 8 oz. A smaller cup size pulls more flavor and body from the pod.
Filtered water makes a noticeable difference. Run a water-only cycle first to clear the machine, then brew and enjoy while it's hot.
Air roasting uses clean, hot air to roast each bean evenly. You get a smoother, cleaner flavor without the bitterness or burnt taste that comes from traditional drum roasting. No hot metal contact means no smoky aftertaste.
It's a gentler process that brings out what's actually in the bean. The origin flavors and nuanced notes that heavy roasting covers up.
